Shipping and returns

Orders placed online are shipped only after a telephone conversation with a Kampus Network SRL representative.

The telephone conversation is intended to confirm the order, size details, the requested delivery date and time, as well as further details about the model and shoe, along with any recommendations.

Returns

The return is made at the customer's expense, by post, within 30 days of the date of receipt of the product, regardless of the reason for the return, provided that the product has not been endorsed. Please inform us of the intention to return the product, before sending it, in order to trace the return, in order to return the value of the products, as soon as possible.

Try on shoes purchased online

We advise you to pay particular attention to the purchase of the shoes at home, as soon as you receive the package, as if you were in a classic business and you will prove the shoes before you purchase them.

Make sure that:

Try both right and left at the same time.
Tie the laces as if you were going to use the shoes normally.
The shoe is not too small or too big. If the shoe is a bit tight, stay in it for a few minutes and see if it molds to your feet.
Take a few steps to make sure your shoes are comfortable.
Last but not least, look in the mirror and make sure you like the design of the shoes.

If, after trying the product, you are not completely satisfied, it is recommended that you return the product.

Return Policy

For ethical and personal hygiene reasons, we cannot accept worn/used products, even if they have been worn only once.
Please note that worn/used products cannot be returned unless they have manufacturing defects. In order to determine/repair manufacturing defects, we send the products to the manufacturing factories. For the period in which the product is being determined/repaired and transported, we extend the product warranty period.

Recommendations for first wear/first wears

Keep in mind that most footwear products, and especially genuine leather products, require a "breaking-in" time, depending on the shape of your feet. However, if you do not feel comfortable during the fitting process, it is recommended that you return the product before wearing it.
During this "breaking-in" period, wear the product for short periods and alternately use other pairs of shoes.
